1. Two different kinds of processing
They need separating, because our role is not the same in each:

2. What this website collects
If you fill in the proposal form: name, company, email, your website address and whatever you choose to tell us about your lead volume, your spend and your tools. That is the minimum needed to answer you properly.
This website uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. What it does use is detailed in the cookie policy.
3. Legal basis
- Your consent, given by submitting the form with the box ticked.
- Legitimate interest in responding to a commercial enquiry you started and in keeping the site secure.
- Legal obligation, where commercial or tax records must be kept.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to a contract are kept for a maximum of 24 months and then deleted. If we do end up working together, the data of that relationship is kept for its duration and for the applicable statutory limitation periods.
5. Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the providers needed to run the service (hosting and email), who act on our instructions and under contract. We do not sell or trade data with third parties for commercial purposes.
6. International transfers
PPC 360 UP, LLC is incorporated in the United States, so processing may involve an international data transfer. The safeguards set out in the GDPR apply, including standard contractual clauses where appropriate. The infrastructure processing the service data is located in Spain.
7. Security
Encryption in transit (HTTPS), restricted access, third-party credentials stored encrypted and backups kept off the production machine. No system is infallible, but these are the measures we apply and we review them.
8. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object by writing to info@ninjaleads.pro. If your data is processed as part of a service contracted by a company (that is, you filled in their form, not ours), contact that company: we will pass your request on to them. You may also lodge a complaint with your country's supervisory authority.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date above is updated. Material changes are communicated to active clients.
